Directorate General for Development Cooperation of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is desired to invite applications for Technical Cooperation Capacity Building and Human Resources Development Fellowship Program. This program is also supported by United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. The mission of this program is to provide on-the-job training in developing countries to young professionals in the field of international co-operation.
The training will be focused on international development cooperation activities and, in particular, on the design and management of programmes and projects in developing countries.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applications to the Programme are open to young university graduates under the age of 28.
- candidates must hold one of the following University degrees: a) laurea degree (old Italian university system); b) laurea specialistica/magistrale (new Italian university system); c) laurea (new Italian university system) followed by a Master’s degree. If a non-Italian institution has issued the University degree then candidates must hold either a Master’s Degree or a Maîtrise.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other UN official language is an asset.
