U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section in New Delhi has announced funding opportunity for Skills Building Theater Workshop Series to Promote Moderation and Good Citizenship Program. The objective of this program is focus on under-served communities, especially in second-tier Indian cities, using theater and performance techniques.
The workshops will provide underserved local communities with techniques to build confidence, skills, increase a sense of community, and build linkages across communities and between peoples and institutions that normally do not interact. These linkages should include organizations in both India and the United States.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The U.S. Embassy New Delhi Public Affairs Section only accepts applications from U.S. and Indian organizations that are legally registered not-for-profit non-governmental organizations/think tanks and have experience implementing programs in India.
- Applicants must acquire all required registrations in the United States and/or India. All intellectual property considerations and rights must be fully met in the United States and India.
- Applications are accepted in English only.
