NGOs working towards provision of computer education to disadvantaged communities around the world can apply for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Access to Learning Award to Honor International Libraries. Eligible NGOs have adopted new and innovative ways to grant free public access to computers/internet, provide training users to access online information and arranged outreach computer education services to underserved communities.
