All eligible applicants are invited to submit applications for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Program under Netherlands Fellowship Programme (NFP). This program aims to help applicants to be accountable, learn and improve projects/programmes, organisation and networks.
This course provides quantitative indicator-based system for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) as well as more qualitative tools (Outcome Mapping and Most Significant Change). The course is proactive and participatory.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants are involved with formulating, managing, or monitoring development interventions
- Applicants prepare, supervise, use or participate in evaluations. Applicants work as a desk officer, programme manager, task manager for a national or a local government, for an international donor agency, or for a non-governmental organisation
- The NFP target group consists of professionals who are nationals of and work and live in an NFP country.
- Priorities will be given to-
- live and work in Sub-Saharan Africa
- are a woman
- belong to a priority groups and/or are from a marginalised region as defined by the Dutch embassy in their country
