Proposals are accepted for Support to the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan in building capacity for a sustainable development of its Human Resources. Results are to be achieved by the end of the project-
- Development of a Human Resources Development Strategy and an Action Plan for the Ministry of Taxes.
- Establishment of Human Resources Development Regulations and guidelines for the MoT in order to support the new strategy.
- Establishment and functioning of a sustainable Education and Training system for MoT HR development, in accordance with the developed strategy and procedures.
Eligibility & Criteria-
Only public administrations and mandated bodies of EU Member States may apply through EU Member State’s National Contact Points.
