EuropeAid is accepting proposals for Mine action program in Lebanon to support the Lebanon Mine Action Centre to fine tune and implement its strategy in terms of MRE/MVA, to alleviate mine risk and to support mine victims.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is € 732,000. The initial planned duration of an action may not exceed 30 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be specific types of organisations such as: non-governmental organisations, public sector operators, public or private academic institutions involved in education or health, local authorities, international (inter-governmental) organisations as defined by Article 43 of the Implementing Rules to the EC Financial Regulation
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or of a country that is a beneficiary of Regulation (EC) No 1638/2006 of the European Parliament of the Council of 24 October 2006 laying down general provisions establishing a European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI), a country that is a beneficiary of an Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance set up by Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17 July 2006 establishing an Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) or a Member State of the European Economic Area . This obligation does not apply to international organisations
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
