The Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies at Cornell University is seeking applications for postdoctoral fellowship program. The fellowship is offered in the fields of foreign policy, security studies and diplomatic history. The objective of this program is to provide opportunities for research and teaching in the field of foreign policy, security studies, and diplomatic history. The stipend will be $43,000.
The primary responsibilities of the fellows include research and publication of their work. Fellows are expected to interact with undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty; give a public lecture; teach one undergraduate course in the spring semester; contribute to the intellectual life of the Einaudi Center, and participate in its collective activities and development. A member of the Center’s faculty network will serve as a mentor during the fellowship and will meet on a regular basis with the fellow.
Documents required-
A cover letter that describes their research interests, a separate 1-2 page research proposal, and a CV, and should arrange to have two referees submit letters of recommendation.
Eligibility-
The Center seeks to attract outstanding junior scholars from all over the world whose work demonstrates excellence in the social sciences or humanities and addresses questions of lasting importance.
