All interested applicants will now have the opportunity to apply for Erasmus Mundus scholarship programme the first Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses (EMMC). This program is being supported by Euroculture. The objective of this program is to supports European top-quality Masters Courses and enhances the visibility and attractiveness of European higher education in third countries. It fosters cooperation between higher education institutions and academic staff in Europe and Third Countries with a view to creating poles of excellence and providing highly trained human resources.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The Erasmus Mundus Programme provides EU-funded scholarships for Third Country students (Category A) and European students (Category B) who have applied to and have been accepted by the Euroculture Master Course.
- Third-country graduate student means a national of a third country other than those from EEA-EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and the candidate countries for accession to the EU (Macedonia, Croatia and Turkey); who has already obtained a first higher education degree; who is not a resident of any of the Member States or the participating countries (EEA-EFTA States and EU candidate countries for accession); who has not carried out his or her main activity (studies, work, etc.) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in any of the Member States or the participating countries.
- European student means a person who are a national or a resident of any of the EU Member States, the EEA-EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and the candidate countries for accession to the EU (Macedonia, Croatia and Turkey) and who has already obtained a first higher education degree.
