Proposals are accepted for Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development Program under Europe Aid. The goal of this program is to building the capacity of Swazi NSAs to contribute to basic services delivery to the poor and vulnerable in Swaziland. Vulnerable groups include households that cannot meet their basic needs, face financial barriers to health and education, orphan and vulnerable children (OVCs), people living with HIV/AIDS, poor elderly, people living with disabilities, child-lead or elderly-leads households, etc.
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals for Actions in Swaziland is € 1,500,000 EUR. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 24 months nor exceed 48 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be Non-State Actors (NSA) constituted in accordance with the legislation in force in Swaziland or one of the Member States of the European Union-
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or in Swaziland
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
