All eligible applicants are invited to submit applications for Raising public awareness of development issues and promoting development education program in the European Union. The theme for this program is Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development. The purpose of this program is to support to actions in the EU and acceding countries aiming at raising public awareness of development issues and promoting development education, to mobilise greater support for actions against poverty and for fairer relations between developed and developing countries and to change attitudes to the issues and difficulties developing countries and their peoples are facing.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 35.000.000. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 12 months nor exceed 36 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be a legal person
- be non-profit-making
- be a Non-State Actor (NSA) or an association of NSA
- be established in a Member State of the European Union
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicants and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
