Proposals are invited for a project on Support to Albanian Civil Service Reform under EuropeAid. The objective of this program is to assist the Albanian Government to further strengthen public sector governance and efficiency by improving the management of human resources and the processes of the Albanian Public Administration.
The purpose of this project is to support the implementation of the new Civil Service Law and the new General Law on Administrative Procedures. Overall amount available for this Call for Proposals is EUR 1.800.000.
Eligibility & Criteria-
Only Public Administrations and Mandated bodies as per Twinning Manual of European Union MS may apply through European Union MSs’ National Contact Points.
