The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Peru is seeking Concept Papers from Peruvian, US, and international organizations, for-profit organizations, partnerships and consortia, and universities or research organizations for Climate Change Adaptation Program (GPAP). The major objective of the program is to stimulate adaptation projects that assist indigenous mountain communities, rural and urban areas, and local and regional governments potentially affected by Glacial Lake Outburst Floods (GLOFs) or changes in water availability.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Peruvian and International Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), education institutions, partnerships and consortia and for-profit organizations are eligible to submit concept papers.
- Concept papers may include work in more than one landscape but there must be a clear conceptual linkage if more than one landscape is proposed.
