Cardiff University is inviting applications from early to mid-career researchers for Welsh Crucible – the program of personal, professional and leadership development. The major aim of Welsh Crucible is to create long-term changes in attitude and working practice, as well as encouraging practical collaborations between participants.
Welsh Crucible is an award-winning program that selects 30 researchers to join three intensive two-day workshops. Inspiring guest speakers, seminars, skills sessions and informal discussions help the researchers a-lot.
Eligibility –
- Applicants must be early to mid-career researchers in any discipline with 3-9 years postdoctoral research experience or equivalent.
- Applicants should be based in Wales and working in either a Welsh university or in a research and development in business/industry or the public/charity sector.
