European Union/Montenegro is inviting grant proposals for Support to the Integration and Voluntary Return of Displaced and Internally Displaced People (I/DPs) and residents of Konik Camp – Phase II. The main objective of this call is Support to the Integration and Voluntary Return of Displaced and Internally Displaced People (I/DPs) and residents of Konik Camp – Phase II.
Legal status, education, health and employment are the four priority issues that enable the target population to have improved access to their rights. Selected project partner will work closely with the Housing Construction Component as well as with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Bureau for the Care of Refugees, UNHCR, other UN organisations and other relevant stakeholders.
Grant size ranges from € 850.000.00 to € 1,000.000.00 which will be 75-95% of the total eligible cost of the action.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Applicants must be legal persons in non-profit making and non-governmental organizaion.
- Applicants must be nationals of Montenegro, or nationals of a Member State of the European Union or the countries covered by Article 19 of IPA Regulation.
- Applicants must be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
- Applicants must have at least three years of experience in implementing and supporting projects facilitating the integration of RE and/or I/DPs in Eastern Europe and/or the Balkans.
- Applicant may act individually or with co-applicant.
