Chronicle of Higher Education invites individuals pursuing career in higher education (HE) to join Vitae, the online career hub for HE professionals, and be eligible to win grant amount $1,000 to attend one of the five conferences. The award is for individuals from the District of Columbia, United States only.
To enter, individuals need to create a free account on Vitae and click on the link sent in welcome email.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Entrants must have internet access, be legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia), who have the age of majority in her/his state of residence at the time of entry.
- Entrants must have, or are in the processing of pursuing, a career in higher education – faculty and staff of any higher education institution in the United States, or those pursuing a graduate degree, or those with a graduate degree who wish to obtain employment in higher education (in the Sponsor’s sole discretion).
- Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor and Administrator, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, ‘Released Parties’) and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
