United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is inviting concept papers from private sector for Global Development Alliance (GDA) – Partnering for Impact. The program objective ensures that the alliance and programming activities, as well as outcomes, results and impact fostered by those activities, provide benefits that do not simply and only accrue to the private sector partner(s) in the alliance.
Private Sector includes private for-profit entities such as a business, corporation, or private firm; private equity or private financial institutions, including private investment firms, mutual funds, or insurance companies; private investors (individuals or groups); private business or industry associations, including but not limited to chambers of commerce and related types of entities; private grant-making foundations or philanthropic entities; or private individuals and philanthropists.
Eligibility Criteria –
- U.S. and non-U.S. private businesses, business and trade associations, foundations, U.S. and non-U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), faith-based organizations, international organizations, U.S. and non-U.S. colleges and universities, civic groups, regional organizations are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law.
- Applicants cannot be an individual.
