Security and Rule of Law in collaboration with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands is accepting proposals for Strategic Research on Employment for Stability. Major aim of the call is to enhance the academic basis and underlying assumptions of intervention logic and policy theories on employment for stability, in order to enhance the effectiveness of policies and interventions for stability in the targeted fragile and conflict affected countries.
Application can be made for EUR443,000 for a project of 36 months duration.
Eligibility Criteria –
- A research project must be carried out by researchers from various disciplines and backgrounds and must be directed by a consortium.
- Consortia consisting of different member organizations may apply for funding. The consortium must consists of at least two (2) research organizations of which at least one is based in a low or middle income country (LMIC), preferably one of the targeted countries; and is expected with a practitioner organization involved in the development and implementation of policies and intervention programs in the area of employment for stability.
- All organizations participating in the consortium must be registered as a legal persona.
- Each individual (main or co-) applicant can participate in only one project proposal.
