The International Initiative for Impact Evaluation-3ie is offering 10 bursaries for RIPA International’s Impact Evaluation and Assessment Programme which will be held in London and New Delhi. Senior civil servants, public service providers, or NGO employees residing and working in a low- or middle-income countries actively engaged in the field of impact evaluation are invited to submit applications for the same.
With this programme, RIPA International (Raputation, Innovation, Passion & Accountability) aims to equip its clients with the practical tools and resources necessary to continually enhance and build capacity across their organisation. The programme target researchers/policymakers while building capacity in conducting and using high-quality impact evaluations and systematic reviews that can generate policy relevant evidence.
Till date, 3ie has funded 800 bursaries, and anticipates making 75 additional awards in 2014.

Costs Covered/Benefits
Bursary awards for this course will cover the costs of registration fees, economy class flights and hotel accommodation near the course venue.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants can be senior civil servants, public service providers, or NGO employees residing and working in low or middle-income countries.
- Applicant must actively engage in the field of impact evaluation.
- Only Asian applicants are eligible for application to RIPA International’s Impact Evaluation and Assessment course in New Delhi.
Note: There may be additional eligibility criteria for specific workshops or conferences.

- A CV and a letter of support from your employer must also be attached to the email with the subject heading, ‘RIPA Impact Evaluation and Assessment.’
- Applicants must indicate whether they are applying for the RIPA, London or RIPA, New Delhi course.
