The US Department of Health and Human Services is seeking applications for the Competitive Abstinence Education (CAE) program. Purpose of this program is to provide agencies with funding to give abstinence education to address the rates of teen pregnancy among adolescent who are most likely to bear children out of wedlock.

Eligibility Information
- Only U.S. organizations can apply.
- Public and private entities who agree they will provide adolescents abstinence education under this grant and not any other education regarding sexual conduct are eligible to apply.
- Applicants serving an emerging, unserved, or underserved population or remote geographic area are encouraged to apply.
- Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified.
All applicants must have a DUNS number and an active SAM registration. Applicants need to submit applications electronically through grants.gov.
