The British Council is calling applications for the English and Digital for Girls through Education (EDGE) program in Nepal. English and Digital for Girls through Education (EDGE) is a high-impact, human rights project designed and delivered jointly by the British Council and The U.S. Embassy Kathmandu.
The project also aims to reduce the gender digital divide, providing improved employment and livelihood opportunities for adolescent girls through access to English language and ICT skills.

The British Council has been active in Nepal since 1959 and has enabled hundreds of thousands of Nepalese to achieve more for themselves and their communities by raising the standard of their education and providing them with the skills they need to gain access to global opportunities.
Eligibility Information
The British Council is seeking proposal from NGOs/ educational institutions/ private organizations/ consultancy firms who can implement the project at field level for a period of 12 months.
