Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment is inviting applications from students with disabilities for National Overseas Scholarships 2015-16. This Scholarship provides financial assistance for pursuing studies abroad at the level of masters’ degree and Ph.D in the field of engineering, management and pure sciences, applied sciences, agricultural sciences, medicine, commerce, accounting, humanities, social science and fine arts.
Award Information
Annual maintenance allowance: 9900 pounds for U.K. and US$15,400 for other countries in addition to tuition fees, air travel, contingency, visa fees and travel.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be Indian below the age of 35 years.
- Students with 55 per cent marks in graduation/postgraduation can apply.
- Student’s maximum parental income should be less than 6 lakh.
