The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of International Consultant –Innovation and Reporting Expert, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Key Job Responsibilities
The International Consultant –Innovation and Reporting Expert will perform the following functions-
- Provide advisory support to the RRMC in running an online consultation platform, and in the design and development of a user-friendly interface, data storage and visualization system for M&E reporting and CPD development (RRMC);
- Provide support and supervision in the design and implementation of a crowdfunding activity and a communication plan for a project of the UNDP (RRMC);
- Provide advice and supervision for the Sexual and Gender-based Violence project activities, namely a baseline survey and enhancement of a reporting and visualization structure for a dashboard interface (SGBV);
- Provide support in planning, designing, and supervising the delivery of an online communication and outreach platform (SPPS);
- Provide support and advise the Areas for Research, Engagement and National Agendas project on the sustainability and scaling up of the Integrated Data Assessment and Mapping System (ARENA).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Masters in International Affairs, Economic and Political Development, Public Policy or any other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with multi-stakeholder projects including innovation and online platforms with government agencies, private sector, civil society, the United Nations or international organizations in conducting research and analysis, and project management;
- Prior experience and knowledge in designing and implementing projects involving innovative tools and data methodologies for results-oriented monitoring and trend analysis in complex environments;
- Hands on experience in social media engagement, crowdsourcing, and crowd funding of projects in developing country contexts;
- Experience in the concept design and management of development of a data and visualization systems;
- Proven knowledge and skills on qualitative and quantitative research analysis applicable to the context of development interventions and knowledge in baseline survey reporting and presentations;
- Prior experience working with UN/UNDP in South Asia would be considered as an asset;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
