International Justice Mission (IJM) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Development Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships in Washington DC, US.
IJM’s mission is to secure justice for victims of violent oppression depending on cutting-edge tactics in the field, which are made possible through the partnership and financial support of an engaged network.
Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Development Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships will perform the following functions-
- Provide efficient coordination and support to four regional Directors of Strategic Partnership based remotely around the country.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the Directors for internal colleagues and external constituents.
- Maintain professional standards in tasks and projects for Directors through the editing of written communication and documents, professional standards of email and telephone communication, adherence to deadlines, and appropriate professional etiquette.
- Assist Directors in preparing briefing materials and coordinating travel logistics with the Office of the President and Justice Operations.
- Seamlessly coordinate team meetings and retreats including agenda creation, materials preparation, logistics, and minutes.
- Coordinate logistics, briefings, and external communication to constituents traveling to IJM Field Offices with Directors.
- Prepare all expense reports, payment forms, time off requests, and monthly timesheets for the Directors each month; and.
- Assist in the organization and development of team processes and systems impacting multiple departments. Economies strategy.
- Successfully resource Directors and constituents (as requested by Directors) with IJM information and materials.
- Utilize Raiser’s Edge on a regular basis to create and provide data reports and analysis for Directors.
- Ensure data accuracy, including updating constituent contact information, assigning and maintaining codes and relationships, and assistance in updating notes and actions; and.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the National Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of experience providing top-level support or coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Superior administrative capacity to manage a large number of projects and tasks simultaneously and to complete them with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional ability in written and oral communications.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn other systems and programs.
- Experience supporting principals working remotely preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships; and.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and utilize databases; prior experience using Raiser’s Edge preferred.
- Mature orthodox Christian faith, as defined by the Apostles’ Creed.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Meticulous attention to detail and disciplined with priorities.
- Adept at creative problem solving.
- Adept at providing quality customer-service to a variety of constituencies; and.
- Personable and winsome with internal and external audiences.
