Handicap International (HI) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of IPC (Infection Prevention Control) M in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
The IPC will be directly under the line management of the programme director and a direct functional link with the Health Technical Advisor (TA) based in HI Headquarters.
HI is an independent charity working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster.
Key Jobs Responsibility
The IPC (Infection Prevention Control) M will perform the following functions-
- Be the safety/health focal point for the mission.
- Ensure high IPC is set up and applied on each HI project.
- In case of HI health project set up, be the technical adviser.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be a Medical Doctor having-
- Experience in staff safety.
- Knowledge in epidemiology.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize.
- Ability to work in team, to delegate and control.
