United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is seeking a Consultant to support Flour Fortification in three countries of West/Central Africa for a period of 39 days starting from middle of April 2009. The consultant is required to work in the flour production sites and capitals in Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mauritania and Senegal. The qualifications required for this consultancy include a minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as nutrition, public health, chemistry etc) in addition to postgraduate training or preferably Master’s degree in the desired field. Experience should be at least 10 years in food fortication with knowledge of legislation on food fortication systems. Fluency in French and working knowledgeo of English are also required.
