The Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Global Fundraising and Partnership Manager, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Global Fundraising and Partnership Manager will perform the following functions-
- Update AFI’s fundraising and partnerships strategy and play a central role in the implementation of that strategy, together with the AFI Management Team.
- Research, identify, and engage likeminded funders and investment partners leading to increased income from few funding sources.
- Research, identify, and engage likeminded funders and investment partners leading to increased income from new funding sources.
- Systematically scan the political, economic and thematic landscape related to current and potential funders, and identify changes and emerging opportunities to maximize funding revenue.
- Design Power Point presentations, draft official letters, and provide input to the production of communication materials related to partner engagement.

- Work on other Global Partnerships tasks as assigned by the Head of Global Partnerships.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Minimum of 5 years work experience directly related to development, fundraising and/or investment Masters in business administration, finance, economics, international relations, or related field innovations; fundraising experience in the financial sector preferred
- Results driven with demonstrated preferred
- partnership management
- High degree of professionalism, diplomacy and political and cultural sensitivity
- Good understanding of the current donor landscape, funding trends and priorities, engagement strategies and success in securing substantial funding from diverse sources
- Outstanding English writing, reporting, presentation and marketing skills
- Outstanding analytical skills, including the ability to understand, aggregate and report on complex and diverse sets of information and data
- Ability to succeed in a flexible, changing environment, and to independently prioritize workflow to meet multiple objectives and deadlines
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, client relationship management systems and social media.
