World Vision (WV) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Reporting, Analysis and Business Capability Analyst in Philippines, Asia & Pacific. The duration for the post is of 2 years.
The Reporting, Analysis and Business Capability Analyst leads the development, analysis and reporting of Global Comms’ performance against strategy using third party data other tools and methods to monitor key metrics.

Key Jobs Responsibility
The Reporting, Analysis and Business Capability Analyst will perform the following functions-
- Collaborate with Comms SLT to develop and implement a suite of metrics to track progress against strategy.
- Contract with third parties, piggy back on SO research, etc. to harness cost-effective tools to complete measurement & tracking.
- Identify trends, create benchmarks and develop insights and conclusions that help refine comms tactics and operations for greater effectiveness in all areas – reputation & trust, audience engagement, content effectiveness, operating processes, etc.
- Standardize methodology, tools and reporting and roll these out for use by designated staff in Partnership offices.
- Lead the process of gathering business user requirements, actively listening, while interpreting/questioning user requested features and enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and create summary documentation for use with discussions with GICT and other technical vendors.
- Create and continuously refine the business capability roadmap for Comms systems, insuring they are integrated with developments of other enterprise systems.
- Support the analysis, planning and execution of adjustments to existing systems through minor changes (not requiring code development (in configuration settings.
- Develop, prepare and publish dashboard reports, strategy update presentations and other periodic reports on the Comms Strategy and Operating Plan.
- Other duties as directed, including but not limited to, for example, participation on relevant Tiger Team.
- Devotions, team meetings, planning & administration.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Math, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent professional training; MBA preferred.
- Three – five years of experience in Marketing Analysis or Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Understanding in fundamentals of Marketing.
- Experience using and developing software applications (for rich media, preferred).
- Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation for software/technical applications.
- Fluency in English.
- High comfort level working with a range of software products for statistical analysis, web analytics, financial analysis and presentations, (MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel, SPSS).
- Advanced ability to present information in compelling ways, including graphically represent concepts or data (PPT, Prezzi, others).
- Experience working with multiple cultures, across several time zones.
- Occasional travel may be required (1 – 3 x per year).
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and interpret Strategic and Operational Plans and their metrics to understand the underlying business issues and challenges.
- Exceptional thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex needs clearly, moving easily between high-level concepts and detailed requirements.
- Strong, clear, concise and tactful communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to negotiate consensus among diverse groups and influence and impact the activities of others not in your own reporting structure.
- Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and flawless execution of work.
