Action against Hunger (ACF) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Donor Relations Manager in Paris, France.
The Donor Relations Manager will be responsible to ensure the relational and administrative monitoring of donors and contribute to their loyalty.
ACF’s mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of under nutrition, especially during and after emergency situations related to conflicts and natural disasters.
Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Donor Relations Manager will perform the following functions-
- Ensure the relational and administrative monitoring of donors.
- Check and treat fundraisers.
- Contribute to the management of providers.
- Provide reporting and donor relationships capitalize on the division’s activities.
- Managing the trainee and coordinate volunteer service.

Between € 25.8 and € 30.4K annual gross over 13 months, 21 days off per year, restaurant vouchers of 8 € (60% supported ACF), additional mandatory health (80% support ACF), refund Transit 50%.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Commercial or administrative type of training minimum level +2.
- An experience of at least 2 years, including 1 year on a donor relations position within the voluntary sector or managing customer relations.
- A first experience in piloting providers will be appreciated.
- Master Pack Office imperative.
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken required.
