Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Finance and Operations Manager in Karachi, Pakistan.
The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Pakistani government, donor, and company policies and procedures in the areas of finance and office administration.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Finance and Operations Manager will perform the following functions-
- Budget, Accounting and Financial Management.
- Human Resources Management (HRM).
- Contracts Management.
- Operations and Office Management.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- College education equivalent of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Accounting. Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Certified or licensed in tax, payroll and audit or ACCA or CIMA preferred.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience. Experience with INGO projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of the financial and accounting systems in Pakistan.
- Experience working on USAID funded projects is highly desired.
