The Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Marketing Manager in New York, United States.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and managing the marketing and lead generation initiatives for the strategy execution business in North America.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will perform the following functions-
- Work with CMO and others on the marketing team to develop overall brand and marketing strategy for the strategy execution business in North America.
- Partner with internal and external creative resources to execute plans and initiatives.
- Manage development and execution of marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, IP, trade shows, events, collateral, and online presence for the strategy execution business in North America.
- Manage marketing initiatives for new products and continuous improvement of existing product lines.
- Build and support sales leads and follow-on engagement activities.
- Create highly effective sales-ready tools, including market-facing materials for meetings.
- Manage lead lists and campaigns with a disciplined focus on delivering targeted leads for the North American sales team to qualify.
- Work with Sales and Consulting to cultivate reference accounts; identify client success stories and work with the marketing content manager to develop appropriate case studies and collateral for distribution.
- Work with the events team to ensure effective lead nurturing programs for event delegates.
- Manage and help to create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives along with other members of the marketing team.
- Bring creative insights to bear while working in-the-trenches to effectively monitor and manage plans, process and people for successful and timely execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have-
- 5-7 years of development and hands-on implementation of marketing programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Other
- Strong background in B2B professional services marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities at one time, to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up style atmosphere with a willingness to embrace change, react and adapt strategies on the fly.
- Fluency in marketing automation systems and high proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives in an accountable, metrics-driven environment.
