The Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Program Coordinator in Massachusetts, United States.
The Program Coordinator will coordinate and manage the operational facets of the Certification and Hall of Fame programs.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator will perform the following functions-
- End to end program management support for open enrollment/ public boot camps in the Americas.
- Contribute to marketing collateral/ brochure updates and consolidate attribute delegate quotes and referrals for marketing purposes.
- Administer the Hall of Fame application process.
- Plan the Hall of Fame award ceremony including ordering awards, organizing the award ceremony dinner, preparing the ceremony presentation.
- Ensure up-to-date content on the Certification and Hall of Fame websites.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Excellent program coordination skills- ability to maintain and organize records, ability to manage multiple tasks on time and to deliver quality results.
- Strong data collection/ information management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational/ time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience or familiarity with the Balanced Scorecard and strategy management is a plus.
