Coffey is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Knowledge management specialist in Yangon, Myanmar. The duration for the post is of 5 years.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Knowledge management specialist will perform the following functions-
- Lead on the design and implementation of the HARP Knowledge and Learning Strategy, working closely with the HARP monitoring and evaluation team.
- Delivery of the strategy, capturing and disseminating learning; ensuring feedback loops are incorporating beneficiary views across the HARP programme.
- Internal and external cross programme engagement and sharing of lessons learnt.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, including grantees (UN Organizations, international or national NGOs, and civil society organizations), government institutions, and other donors and donor programmes.
- Support effective communication and working partnerships within and between the HARP team and its implementing partners.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- An advanced university degree (or equivalent) in the fields of international development, development studies, development communications, social policy, business administration or other relevant.
- Extensive experience and technical expertise in knowledge management and capacity development on a large development programme, with a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing knowledge management strategies.
- Knowledge of the in-country humanitarian cluster response mechanism and coordination channels.
- Experience in capturing and disseminating evidence across multiple donor-funded initiatives related to humanitarian assistance.
- Experience in facilitation of cross-organization lesson learning, capturing of intellectual capital, its dissemination and application, including development of collaborative tools to promote experience sharing and innovation.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent report writing and organizational skills.
- Solid team-working and interpersonal skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
- Experience of working in Myanmar and/or elsewhere in South East Asia.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results on donor-funded programmes.
- Good IT skills (MS Office package, Adobe), including familiarity with new digital communications and web-based platforms.
