Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Senior Associate – Project Operations in Canberra, Australia.
The Senior Associate – Project Operations will be responsible to provide on operational support to two DFAT funded Palladium managed projects, the Education Development Panel and the Cambodia Investing in Infrastructure project.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Senior Associate – Project Operations will perform the following functions-
- Managing the operational aspects of the project ensuring delivery of required inputs from corporate services, service providers and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate services and the project.
- Ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met and maintained for the entity and project.
- Supporting the development and presentation of internal and external reporting.
- Financial management of the project including budget management, approvals and support.
- Supporting the project on human resource matters including contracts, data and mobilization.
- Liaising with service providers and addressing contractual matters as required.
- Providing input and support business development of the company as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Project coordination experience ideally with DFID, DFAT, USAID or other donor.
- Sound problem solving and decision makes skills.
- Developed stakeholder management capabilities.
- Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyze financial reports.
- Formal Project Management training and expertise.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad a minimum of eight weeks per year in developing countries.
- Experience working in a developing country, similar environment or personal travel.
