Abt Associates is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in Uganda.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for the monitoring project activities and ensuring high quality and timely inputs.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will perform the following functions-
- Develop the M&E system of a large maternal health voucher program, including designing the approach and methodology.
- Help define, measure, and track indicators.
- Support the creation and implementation of a data tracking system.
- Supervise data collection within subcontracting organizations.
- Provide feedback to the Chief of Party on progress toward meeting project objectives based on empirical measurements.
- Provide inputs, information, and statistics for quarterly, annual and other.
- Participate in quarterly project reviews.
- Lead or support research as requested.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Master’s Degree (minimum) in public health, business administration, social marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of international development projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of different M&E tools, approaches, and methods.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with demonstrated attention to details.
- Proven experience in M&E in Uganda or similar countries.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
