Global Communities is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor in Rwanda.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor will be responsible for an anticipated USAID-funded rural sanitation project in Rwanda.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor will perform the following functions-
- Measurement, monitoring, evaluation and learning for RRSA.
- Lead design monitoring of activities, including the development of monitoring indicators, data collection methods, research protocols for studies, and other tasks related to MEAL.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Master’s Degree in monitoring and evaluation, epidemiology, statistics, research methods, or related field is required.
- At least five years of monitoring and evaluation experience, demonstrating increased level of responsibility is required.
- Proven ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences is desired.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully translating data and findings into program actions is desired.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are highly desired.
