Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Chief of Party in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Chief of Party will provide leadership and technical direction to the USAID/Ethiopia funded TRANSFORM/MELA.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Chief of Party will perform the following functions-
- Provide technical direction and oversight to a team of M&E and health specialists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the USAID COR.
- Coordinate and liaise with other stakeholders including TRANSFORM implementing partners, the Government of Ethiopia (national, regional and local levels) and USAID.
- Oversee and assure compliance with contractual, USG and Ethiopian regulatory requirements; provide guidance and oversight to finance, administrative and operations staff.
- Assure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Lead and/or support certain monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have-
- Master’s degree in public health, international development, statistics or other related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in designing, implementing and overseeing performance and impact evaluations and assessments of donor funded programs, particularly in the global health sector.
- At least five years of experience working in Ethiopia.
- At least five years of supervisory experience over technical and administrative staff.

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in RMNCH and/or WASH.
- Experience in implementing learning activities and knowledge sharing and dissemination.
- Knowledge and familiarity of USG and USAID regulations and policies; familiarity with USAID Evaluation Policy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with key high level stakeholders and partners.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Fluency in English.
