Greenpeace International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Development Manager in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Development Manager will perform the following functions-
- Developing the framework and tools for M&E at Greenpeace, for use across the global organization.
- Subsequently coaching and training their Team peers in how to use these tools, and how they in turn can train others.
- Help the PAL unit to build a community to share skills and learning opportunities around M&E, develop a high level framework to measure our global impact and introduce innovative practices in the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Education or training in M&E or Systems & Development/Management or Data collection/ Analysis/ Management.
- Experience in developing and delivering trainings.
- Demonstrated project management skills with 2-3 years of experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Training and skills development experience.
