Cardno is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Administrative and Procurement Officer in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Administrative and Procurement Officer will provide support and services in procurement and logistics services, including but not limited to, procuring goods and services in accordance with Mahkota and DFAT policies and standards.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Administrative and Procurement Officer will perform the following functions-
- Responsible for ensuring that the services she/he provides are in accordance with Mahkota and DFAT policies and procedures as well as clients’ needs.
- Influences decisions regarding procurement of goods and services and related logistics, which impacts budgets, work schedules, and the effectiveness of Mahkota projects and operations.
- Ask sufficient questions of the parties involved, rely on previous experience and knowledge, and interpret access and communicate current Mahkota policies, practices and procedures, as well as DFAT policies and regulations.
- Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
- Prepare Service Agreements that and manages Master Agreements between the suppliers, and service providers.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on procurement matters, and coaches clients on relevant processes (i.e. Requests for Proposals (RFP), Purchase Order(PO), bid evaluation criteria other competitive procurement tools) to ensure client needs are met, obtains best value, and to ensure procurement processes are perceived by suppliers as fair, open and ethical.
- Analyze procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience.
- Plan, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFP, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding clients on processes involved.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Minimum 4 (four) years of administrative and procurement works.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to work in teams.
- Ability to work very effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and coordinate a team to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
