Recently, Acumen Fund announced its fellowship program to provide world-class training to the next generation of leaders working in the social sector. The Program is an excellent opportunity for NGO leaders and professionals in developing countries to gather leadership skills in the United States and gain exposure to high-impact social enterprises in the field in different countries. All expense to participate in the program are covered by the Acumen Fund.

The Acumen Fund Fellows Program is a one year program that aims to train the next generation of leaders for the social sector. The Fellowship includes two months of leadership training in New York, followed by a 9-month field placement where Fellows work on the ground with high-impact social enterprises. The program covers all expenses for Fellows for 1 year.

Acumen Fund Fellows are drawn from a pool of talented individuals from all geographies, sectors, backgrounds, religions, and ages. The Program is looking for individuals with experience working in emerging markets, demonstrated leadership ability, and a strong passion for social change. Fellows typically have at least 3-7 years of work experience, and a graduate degree from any field.
