The African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) invites individual consultants who have experience in the systematic verification, synthesis and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, preferably in a capacity building support context to conduct consultancy services to undertake the AWDF’s project midterm evaluation. The primary objective of this mid-term evaluation is to assess and document: the achieved results over the last two years period of the Phase II project including changes realized, lessons learnt, challenges encountered and make recommendations to support successful completion of project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in the systematic verification, synthesis and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, preferably in a capacity building support context.
- Applicants must have experience in evaluating changes in organizational capacity using recognized tools and methods.
- Applicants must demonstrate knowledge and experience in evaluating regional projects in Africa.
- Applicants should have a proven ability of producing a comprehensive report with clearly identifiable evidence-based outcomes that are realized as a result of project contribution.
