Courses at the University of Central Europe, CLIA is expected to become a top venue for women and men experienced to meet the multifaceted business of building integrity in Africa. CLIA takes an interdisciplinary approach to meet the standards of integrity in public institutions.The areas where demand integrity training is highest are: public administration, the private sector and civil society, academia and justice. This course intends to meet the needs of Practitioners of these areas. The course is a rare design effort focused and pragmatic developing strategies effective integrity, especially in environments where the principles of governance are hardly applied.
The “Cours en Leadership pour l’Intégrité en Afrique (CLIA)” is a 10-day course and, for selected participants, a follow up 9-month mentorship programme to be offered by “Integrity Africa”* with support from Tiri for civil society leaders, selected public officials and academics from francophone countries who are committed to actively take part in building institutions to promote a state that is open, accountable and responsive to citizens’ needs and expectations.
