Training date- 6th to 10th May 2013
All eligible applicants are invited for 5 day training program organized by Coalition For Peace in Africa (COPA) and Responding to Conflict (RTC-UK). The training programmes will held at Nairobi, Kenya on 6th to 10th May 2013. The objective of this training program ensure that participants abilities to transfer knowledge and skills both at organizational and community levels is enhanced in ways that will lead to desired changes.
Training offers-
- Creating a safe space for views to be aired;
- Learning by doing: Giving and receiving feedback;
- Communication skills that enhance inclusion and respect;
- Training for change; Exploring how learning for change takes place;
- The role of the facilitator/trainer.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Be conversant with the English language
- Be geared towards the path of designing and facilitating trainings
- Have the ability and the willingness to replicate the skills attained in their organizations and working groups
- Individuals affiliated to organizations
- Women from conflict zones in Africa
