CGAP inviting Proposals to provide financial services for the poor

Deadline: 5 June 2015

The Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) is inviting proposals from branchless banking service providers interested in improving uptake and use of financial services by poor and underserved people through a customer-centric approach. CGAP is seeking partners who are motivated about learning and delivering a customer experience that truly meets the needs of poor and underserved families.

The projects are estimated to last anywhere between 6 and 18 months starting from late 2015 or early 2016. There is no pre-determined cap but funds for the overall portfolio of projects are limited. Final amounts will be based on the number of projects accepted and the estimated costs for contracting.

CGAP is a global partnership of 34 leading organizations that seek to advance financial inclusion. CGAP develops innovative solutions through practical research and active engagement with financial service providers, policy makers, and funders to enable approaches at scale.

Eligibility Information – CGAP is particularly looking for proposals from Africa and Asia given its focus on these regions.

In this organization i have been working for the last 07 years. We have provided more services to the people and I need to expand this organization to do more. But problem is still we do not have our own land for establishes office space. One person has offer his land ( nearly 100 square meters) for nearly 8000 USD. So I have following questions regarding that:

Is there any possibility to provide such a amount or part of that from your organization.
