2nd call for proposals is organized for 10th European Development Fund by the Group of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (ACP) and the European Union. This programme aims to promote a favorable environment, notably so in terms of the regulatory environment, for the sustainable development of ACP cultural industries. It aims to support the creation and distribution of ACP cultural sector services and goods, as well as promoting ACP cultural diversity, building capacity and generating employment.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 14 800 000. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award all available funds.
Eligibility-
- be legal persons prior to the date of the publication of the present call for proposals
- be established in one of the countries listed in annex F. This obligation does not apply to international organisations
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the activity with any project partners, not limited merely to an intermediary role
- not have been the Beneficiary (signatory) of a grant under the previous call for proposals
