The World Water Assessment Program of UNESCO is seeking applications for Capacity Development Training Program on Water and Sustainable Development.
The course will be held on October 19-23 at WWAP Secretariat Italy.
The African Network of Scientific and Technological Institutions is a regional non-governmental organization (NGO) which was established in January 1980 by UNESCO with funding from United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the German Government.
ANSTI wants to become a major institutional player in the process of human resource capacity building in Science, Engineering and Technology in Africa.
The training program focuses on the topic “Water and Sustainable Development” and aims to enhance countries’ capacity to deal with water issues in a complex world environment.The training will provide tools to strengthen institutional capacity and effectiveness of water and water-related governmental agencies.
Eligibility Criteria
African Scientific Institutions are eligible to apply for the training program.
