Asanza Irrigation Scheme is a community based Organization located in Western Equatoria State of South Sudan.The CBO has now been in existance for two years now. It was started by the senior six and senior four students who were jobless and thought of developping the nation by forming an organization that could benefit the community at large.
Asanza Irrigation Scheme which is abbreviated as AIS deals in primarily, FOOD SECURITY, COMMUNITY BASED PROTECTION, HUMAN/CHILD RIGHTS, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, HIV/AIDS AWARENESS among others.
AIS is faced with various problems such as CAPACITY BUILDING. We own land but no office structures yet.We have written several proposals looking for donors with and this is why we have decided to join this network.
