PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE
Several projects responding to social problems have won funding from various donors to implement programmes. I have had the chance to work as finance officer handling finances for now 11 years as well as work in collaboration with other finance managers in other projects. The major challenge i have found is that most donor funds are not properlt accounted for. Its out of my experience that i started this personal initiative to reach out to various organizations to help out with accountability of donor funds
