Elshaddai Ministries Trust is a non governmental and non-profit organization established in 1998 and has been working for the empowerment of the underprivileged women and children, with its Income Generation, Women Empowerment, Health, Vocational training , Environmental and Education programmes.

To eradication of child and bonded labour, street children through improve the standard of education and enhance education opportunities and schooling facilities.
To reduce poverty with a focus on education, employment, income generation, and empowerment.
To help the widows and aged people welfare.
To Women development through Microfinance and Self-Employment Training programmes.
To develop the traditional and vocational skills of the target communities for gainful vocation and better income opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
To provide Health Care and Health Education programs to the underprivileged rural people and to arouse adequate consciousness about health and hygiene among villages and to facilitate better health for the community and to create awareness about hygiene and sanitation.
To create a better environmental Conservation and Awareness programmes to tribals, farmers, school students, and general public.
