My organization is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization headquartered in the downtown Atlanta area whose focus is to assist and support the poor and needy in securing adequate food, clothing, housing, employment, and vocational training.
Giving Back currently provides nutritious, balanced meals to the homeless and less fortunate persons within our target area each week (350 to 600 individuals weekly). We have provided meals to this growing population for just over four years and have referred over 300 clients to other agencies for assistance in the 2009 calendar year…
Outside of providing a wide array of educational and counseling services, GBTH is now spearheading a series of sustainable and affordable housing initiatives which include micro-enterprising.
