Applications are invited by Fintrac- a US-based development consultancy, for the vacancy of Head of Pilot Sourcing. Location of this job will be based in Washington D.C., US.
The Head of Pilot Sourcing position entails leadership of the sourcing and review process for technology pilot proposals (adoption and R&D), preparation of business plans and peer review coordination, tracking smallholder adoption of selected technologies, and reporting on results metrics. The successful candidate for this position will have a technical background in agriculture/agronomy with prior experience in emerging market contexts, preferably transferring technologies to smallholder farmers. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, and minimally Masters degrees in relevant fields. No phone calls please.
